Speed hack for NFSU?

I've heard someone has used a hack/cheat called "speed cheat" in online game. So what is this speed cheat, what does it do and where could i get it? And is there any else online cheats for the NFSU? Please tell. :classic:

i raced a guy, i had a top of the line skyling, he had a stock 240sx
i though i was goin to smoke him sooo easily..
he ended up going 450 mph and beat the hell out of me!
