? Just delete everything in your list. Open bot, walk around town, if NPC's beside you, it should automatically be added into the list.

I suggest you empty out the npcs.txt in your tables directory, run xKore, and walk around town, beside the NPCs you want to "discover".

Err.. what bot are you using?
No, you shouldnt have to wait a certain amt of time. It should be there the moment the NPC appeared on the screen (within range).
