To use a script make a .cfg file in your base directory (ex.: c:\program files\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\Game Data\base\)and name it something like scripts.cfg. You can make a cfg file by clicking File>New>Text Document, then save it as scripts.cfg. Or you can use geM's cfg maker (http://www.vorplay.com/1337.zip), to create one. After you have the cfg file, open it with a text editor (ex.: Notepad), and copy the script from the forum in your .cfg file. Then change the keys for each script the way you like it and save. Once ingame open the conosle and write /exec scripts.cfg (this loads the script), but in order to use a script (ex.: kick script), you need to press the button you assined for each script. So lets say you have the kick script assined to I, you have to run at someone/something and press I, this would preform a double jump and kick, if you have someone/something in front of you. The same principal works with all other scripts.
NOTE: you can put all of the scripts in one .cfg file, or a create a new one for each script, but be aware if you use a difirent .cfg for each script, you would have to /exec them each one at a time. If you put all in one .cfg, you just need to write it once.
TIP: if you are the kind of person that wants each script in a seperate file, you can make one cfg(ex.:all.cfg), that would contain commands like:
exec kick.cfg
exec dfa.cfg
exec ......
exec .....
and then just type exec all.cfg and it would exec all the scripts at once.
Thats about all you need to know :D

For JKA Saber Staff? The backflip move? If its that you mean, then its pretty simple to pull off anyway, but if you really want a script for it, then this one should work;

i think its worth saying, some people dont know that.:
you dont need to script "wait; wait; wait; wait; wait" you can just script "wait 5" instead. or "wait 100" in order to avoid bloody fingers in order making a longer wait command.
you maybe wonder what does the number stands for. Its not milliseconds, its frames. Expample: Your machine is running at 100 fps, and lets say bobs machine runs only at 50.
"+left; wait 10; -left"
you will turn only half as long as bob since bobs machine runs slower and youre done with your 10 frames sooner then bob.
Thats why some scripts with "wait" sometimes do not work for everyone. And thats also the reason why backstab script (180° turn back+attack) doesnt work when its laggy.
What you can do: limit your frame per minute rate. I have set mine to 60. Its not lagy and my scripts always work as they should since i never drop below 60. My 180° turns are always 180° not more not less. I dont remember the console command yet, it was something with maxfps...

Hey I just found out about these forums today and I'd thought I'd post. My clan knows a ton of hacks but I'll list these. This is for JKA.
Strafe Hack:
/pmove_fixed 1
/bind space "+moveup;pmove_fixed 1"
/bind space "+moveup"
Im not sure exactly what servers they work on i know like JA Reloaded 1.2 and less it works. xmod i believe requires cheats. if u find a server with basejka_pushfix should have them too. you will have to play around on servers to find out if they work or not.
/debugthrow = pick up someone and throw them
/debugknockmedown = fall over and look like ur dead
/debugdropsaber = drop (one) of your sabers if u have two
/debugsetsabermove # = choose a # and it will exec a saber move w/out using force ( -1 causes a saber trail stay thing if u bind a key and hold it, and eventually crashes server. i would advise not too use ) 0 and 1 do nothing and 2-151(max) are ok.
/debugsetbodyanim BOTH_* = choose a BOTH_ANIMNAME from anims.h in the JA MP source an it will exec that.
/debugDismemberment = kill self and lops head off if cg_dismember is 2+
/debugSaberSwitch = not really sure what this does, maybe changes your saber if u change it b4 u die...

i was a scripter long time ago. i knowed and liked to make echos only like set normal q3 cvars/Starwars like set Cg_forcemodel 1 and jave it 0 other wise and then put a echo ^1Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz example :) only becuse echos are pretty cool eny way.

Just replace <key1> and <key2> with the buttons you want to bind. I think you can figure out what they do by simply reading the script. It's not complicated what-so-ever.
If this doesnt work as well as you want then ask me, I'll re-script it for you. This was just an untested, handwritten peice of poop. Maybe it wont work? Who knows.

^^ No its only small move so you dont need any waits in there, also i have you problem sometimes, but when i reconnect or change server i dont understand why but it works then :/

It is not any better then the normal one poeple use with out the waits, in fact its worse as after you have done the move, which tacks a bit of luck, you stick/frezze for 2 secs. So you mite as well do kata. ;)

Nicho, you have no idea what you're talking about.
the wait command only waits one FRAME. Most games are running at 20 frames per second or more, so you wont even notice the pause. Also, it doesnt cause your model to wait any because its running in the background as a script. You can still move forward, back, side to side, and other stuff while its waiting and stuff. (unless its a very long script, then it causes you to loose control.)
I have been scripting since before I can remember. I know what I'm doing, and using the waits and -attack and such will stop you from continuing to spam attack attack attack attack attack after you do the special, moving forward, back, or whatever after you press the key (when you dont want to move forward. Sometimes when you do a special on some servers, you will continue to run forward and can't stop. My script will stop that from happening.)
But do whatever you want, I dont care. I just know what I'm doing.

^^ how can you no what is happening when you can't see my computer, lol. also i didnt say i keep attacking or moving forward. i said i frezze for 2 sec after i have finished the attack. So i have more idea then you as its happening to me and not you. :cool:

Wait 1 = Wait 1 Frame
Wait will NEVER pause for a complete second unless you're running at 1 FPS.
Also, I never said that you personally kept running forward after a special, but that happens on some servers to some people, and the above script fixes that.
I really dont care what is going on in your computer, but you seem to care what is going on in mine.

Can some one make a script for kick that doesn't move forward i know it sounds crazy but i like moving forward manually instead of the script moving me forward automatically. I find it annoying at times.
So i'm basically requesting a kick script that does not move you forward, just jumps straight in the air. The only way enemy can be kicked is when you manually press forward and the binded script key....

I've have found a way to block saber throw when you are pulled, only problem is that its kinda hard to do when you are fighting, anywayz, i was wondering if you could help me out by creating a script that does this..
Small jump and crouch almost immediatly after the jump

and for kick, yo guys use mousewheel mcuh more effectiv then any script kiddie...
and even if u got scripts u wont be good, if u cant ahndle the script u will be more nubed as without script...

Maybe you don't read realDragon.. He is talking about diagonal Spam. Scripts are shit IMHO but i remember making one ages ago for diagonal spam with duals. Now i can do it by keyboard movement anyway, so it doesnt make a difference. Except i am able to move and jump around now whilst doing it. But im pretty sure it goes like this
Bind q "+back; +moveright ; +attack"
Bind e "+forward; +moveleft; +attack"
Now all you got to do is get the timing done, obviously bind it to two buttons that suit you more than these. Plus it works much better with duals. It's best to just learn it yourself with keyboard movements.

dont use scripts to be good, use scripts for getting good -.-
ex jk2: train 180° bs by using a script first and train solong till u are faster then the script...
thats the waay of using scripts correctly...

u are all so good that only need move scripts i c... some kind of b00n invasion around here...
only scripts which are helpfull are commands for server and stuff, what use to have a 2hand flying bs on 1 key if u never can use it coz u get sabered first..

need any hack, script, move, whateva, skin, model...
just tell em jk2 or JA and the movename( or what u needa do in game for it) and i will post here!

hmmmm I don't know how to use this bind;/ when I hit it works fine ( i am turning left and right) but i cant move, attack, jump... till it ends... i can hit attack bind first and then this bind but hmmmm i can't jump or move back, forword ,etc...

Hey I made my self a script/binds that allow me to change force without dieing and well its anoying that I have to bind other keys to change saber. I'v tryed putting the saber command in the cfgs but it doesnt work. Is it possible to make a saber change from the config file (JAPLUS MOD eg. saber kyle)?

I'd like to have a script, that permanently uses "force_forcepowerother"
Unfortunately force_forcepowerother does not work with "+" and "-" like most
other. For example "+forward" or "+force_grip"
If anybody can help I would really appreciate.

well my favorite script is the one, that allows me to make flags in my nick name xD thats my favorite one, and i dont have any other 1's cuz i dont cheat when i play. the only thing i count on during the game is my skill. I have some commands tho that help the mouse work smoother (sorry 4 spelling), and they make poke's work better, and take more damage that is ^^

dont do roll stab, any one with some skill do not do this move. it leaves you very open, especially if the other player has dual sabers or staff.

there is not a way to script a 5 hit yellow that will work every time. the limit for consistancy is 3 hit yellow. no matter what timing i used for the waits it would only hit 5 swings 1out of 10 and 4 swings 3 out of ten this is why i only included a 3 hit yellow combo in my script pack on www.jk2files.com

once a loop is performed you can no longer move around or do anything but look around with mouse. you will have to exit the game to make it stop.
but if you insist on trying this you do it like so
bind <key> " vstr loop1 "
set loop1 " force_forcepowerother ; wait 40 ; vstr loop2 ;"
set loop2 " wait 80 ; vstr loop1 ;"

well my favorite script is the one, that allows me to make flags in my nick name xD thats my favorite one, and i dont have any other 1's cuz i dont cheat when i play. the only thing i count on during the game is my skill. I have some commands tho that help the mouse work smoother (sorry 4 spelling), and they make poke's work better, and take more damage that is ^^

When I first saw the mousewheel idea I thought it was genius for some reason. I made my own server and set the jump to mousewheel up. When I pushed the wheel up, my character just jump as high as they could. If I pushed it several times, my character did the exact same thing. My idea of this whole mousewheel binding was that you could push the wheel up a few time, and your character could kick off of a wall/person. If my idea is correct, can you tell me what to do to fix it?

this has been discussed earlier, 5 hit scripts are hard to make because most of the times they only do 3 hits or so. anyways somebody talked about this earlier, so if you look at the pages in this thread you should find your answer.
or you could try
bind [key] +moveleft; +moveright; +moveleft; +moveright; +moveup
that one would recuire you do hit the attack button urself.

G'day all,
Very quick question, when I punch in a couple of the move binds, I get the following in the console:
"Illegal binding found.... Removing"
I'm assuming the server doesn't allow it? It's a JA+ server, latest version. Thanks heaps.

Yes that server it set up to stop you using bind's like blue lunge etc, its not every JA+ servers, just some which have been set up like that.

force powers are timed. the server sets the maximum rate of push etc. (for example say 1push\sec), cant be helped with a script.
However, say somebody has edited the rate on their server, then the script would look like this
bind key "+forcepull; +wait5; +forcepull; +wait5; +forcepull; +wait5"

its not the same as holding pull button down, as it hits the button three times within a timelap of 18 frames (if u have a average comp that means youd hit the force pull button about 9 times a second).

Hello, if anyone can help me with this JK2 scripting, I'd be very grateful.
I asked someone that was good with scripts if it was possible to bind the F3 key, for example, to switching back and forth for darkside and lightside powers, so that, for example, the Shift key controlled both Heal and Grip.
He said to make a light.cfg file and dark.cfg file and have the force buttons bound inside, along with bind F3 "exec dark.cfg" in the light.cfg file (and vice versa for the dark.cfg file).
But it doesn't seem to be working! Do I have to literally open the console every game and type "/exec dark.cfg" or something like that? I just wanted everything bound to a single key, so I could switch to darkside to stop dark Ragers in CTF games.
He also told me to make an "auto.cfg" file, which I did. But I don't have anything about switching to darkside/lightside in the auto.cfg, and the auto.cfg has the command "unbind all" at the top of the file. Could this be causing problems??
Sorry if I'm too vague, and thanks for any assistance.

in both cfg you add this:
/bind key exec dark.cfg (in the light cfg)
/bind key exec light.cfg (in the dark cfg)
(use the same key for both, then in game when you type on the key, it switch of cfg)

Juxtapose you can try toggle between dark and light with only one key, and even add some "echo" so you can see what you re doing. Having "" its only necessary in the beggining and at the end of the script and only when you write more than one command, its not necessary for values. And dont forget that you need allways the "space" after the ";". Hope it helps

hey i'm looking for a script (JK3) to simplify a difficult move, the side slashs +moveleft; +moveright; +attack , now the tricky bit to improve the attack ppl move the mouse left to right with the attack. this means the saber(staff or duel sabers) comes round qicker and does more damage, also you move forward as a by product of this added movement(but thats not too important). this move takes a long time to truely master - which i am getting close to but meh.
i was looking at the script to turn 180 and wondering if it could be altered to turn 100 deg or so but include the moveright;moveleft + attack. i have a feeling the side slash move will have to come first as the 180 script doesn't allow you to start the side slasing and continue it when you exec the 180 scipt

I recommend taking out the +forward and -forward and just holding forward youself. You can also reduce the number of "wait 2"s to see if it works better.

Here is my Saber-Duell Script.
It will let you win all Saber-Duells. (When your enemy and your saber get locked in eachother)
It's really important to read the ReadMe File!
Very Important:
Do not press the binded key often - one times is enough! It needs maximum 3 Seconds till you won in the Saber-Duell. It's possible that your enemy pulled your saber already very much down, then you possible need to press it two times, but not at once!

attention... u have to change the string called "standard"
cg_fov = zoom, com_maxfps = max frames per second, sensitivity = mouse sensitivity (standard is 5)
put in your settings, cuz in the script are many changes :S
last but not least:
the first script will do an air dbs (dbs = double handed backstab... think the jk2 players know it) using some turns to hit your enemy as fast as possible.
the second script will do an air dbs too... but a simple one without any turn.

It was looking like you oculd hit for 10 metres away, but it is only because you didnt have the .pk3 ;)! To use it, you need to play on servers that use that mod/pk3...Else I don't think it is possible :bunny:

It's not like that.other player are with normal sabers , I'm with normal saber,but one time,when I connected,my saber was able to hit atleast 10 metres BUT THE OTHER PLAYERS COULDN'T!I think its a bug and I'm asking if there's a way to activate it

Don't think is has to do with any client cmds, probally a server side mod or pk3... Maybe you got like a server hilt that you didnt have? Tell me if the server was pure or unpure, it should help.

PURE or UNPURE.
(In case you don't know what it is, if the server is PURE, you won't be able to use your OWN pk3s (skins, hilts...) UNLESS THE SERVER HAS THEM and if it is UNPURE you would see your own PRIVATE pk3s)

+left; wait 1; -left; +right; wait 1; -right; +left; ... so on? Add a few easy cmds if you like, get a com_maxfps 100 right in front and spam it for 25 times (1/2 second) and 50 times for a 1 second poke.

How well a script work depends entirely on your FPS. However, instead of wait;wait;wait;wait, just use wait 4.
I don't know about Jedi Outcast, but in JA+ and Xmod (both Jedi Academy), there is script detection, which works clientside and blocks any script using commands like +moveup and +attack. It might also be possible serverside, if you just block any commands that come too fast to be human.
The only way to get an autokick when people get near you would be some kind of aimbot. I've seen a mod for JKA that displays the how far away the nearest enemy is, so you could use that alongside an aimbot to find them, and a specially made autoshoot, but it's not really feasible.
There is no 'best' kick script, because it depends on the exact range, so a skilled kicker can always beat a scripter. The most common one is something like
"+moveup; wait 2; -moveup; wait; +moveup; wait 2; -moveup"
It's easier to hold forward by yourself than script it in.

Script poking will never be usefull, since it will make you worse then you actuelly are skill wise.
and on a side note. Q3infoboom and Q3fill are tools which probaly are against MPC's rules and therefor its probaly better not to talk about it, unless you're feeling you're willing to a risk to get banned. Cause crashing servers and attacking servers with fake players isnt a very nice thing to do. And it will throw you in the list of immature little kids. And i dont mean that as a flame.

Well most of the time when i do not use japlus.bat to start JA it is in the 60 and 50's. But dont be fooled, I know 44,125 and some others are the best. When i do use japlus.bat to start it it can go all the way up to 500. I set it to 125 though. And I dont need the script anymore, I figured out how to hold the mouse to get the same turn the same time, so Now I can overshoot the second platform, occasionally, at jumptraining. and overshoot the circle jump platform, just as ofter as I can os the second platform in jumptraining, in the jump2 map.

Has anyone ever managed to get a decent lagscript working using rate or snaps? /rate 0 seems to do nothing, and putting it at one makes it jerky, but doesn't really spike properly. I'll try cl_timenudge when I get a chance..

I was wondering if someone could help me put together a double lunge script for JA. For those of you unfamiliar with the double lunge what you do is you use dual sabers and you do a blue lunge, and while the lunge is going on you change the stance to duals. What happens is you lunge with both sabers on, thus dealing more damage. I'm trying to put a script together so when you push a button it switches to blue stance, does the double lunge, and stays in the duals stance. I'm not having much luck so far. I have tried this:
bind g "saberattackcycle; wait 5; +speed; +movedown; +forward; +attack; saberattackcycle; wait 2; -speed; -movedown; -forward; -attack"
What happens is it switches to blue, does a single saber lunge, then stops after that. I've also tried moving the second "saberattackcycle" around. Any ideas on how to get this to work?

You can only change your stance so often, and I don't think 5 frames is long enough. I'd put it after the -attack, with a wait of about 20. If that works, decrease the wait, if not, increase it.

I think this has been asked several times but I didn't see an answer. You can actualy make it like:
Bind <key> vstr 1;
set vstr 1 " vstr 2; "
set vstre 2 "set vstr 3; "
etc. and make what ever cmds you like in the other vstrs.. Meaing if i make
set vstr 1 " say noob you suck; wait 5; vstr 2;"
then you make the same with vstr 2 only diff is that you name it like i did over.. But this aint recomended for saying scrits. Then its easyer with 1 vstr line... Tho you can make a 3 in a row bs script like this that makes 3 bs.. Tho they cant be stopped and its just easyer hitting the key 3 times :). So if you tell us what you want.. Now the Urbans is easyer you can just make the bind with some cmd and wait.. If you want diffrent cmds make diffrent vstr and make a wait between them.. And you can make a script exec an other script and make it exec etc. But its dumb and complicated :) all ut.

The thing is, with that kind of vstrs, you have to press each time you want to use it.
Sooo, if you'd want 5 times the same thing to be done, your script will be useless (could be done without using 5 vstrs).
He asked for a "conditionnal loop" and if you didn't realise, you should read carefully next time ok:)?
Also "Not recommended for saying scripts", that's the best random chat script you could get.
And the "exec-to-exec"script thing will actually overflow you :).
Oh and "exec-to-exec" is really easy to make.
