MPC is the best forum I've been to (Believe me, I've been to a lot - all the large gaming ones and stuff) And this is the best! Minimal amount of noobs, great community, great skins, amazingly cool moderators (Specially Von Dutch), great admins and even more :P

MPC has a huge Mod team. I have seen many forums where the same 3 or 4 people mod every forum, and that is ridiculous.
