As for hacks, I would advise against using them, as the Admins in that game are extremely strict. They will ban your account even if they only suspect you of cheating.... I know it used to be easy to submit fake values, but now with their little anti-cheat program I think they have that is harder. I haven't played since my finish in top 25 in ice.
