Injection Help

Ok i have looked at all the threads and i am sort of getting confused of what injection to use, i am sort of new to this but is it possible somone could give or email me a link to a injection that has a WORKING plevel, crash, dye, modchar and a bunch of other stuff compiled together? I know this seems harsh, but different injections have different options and they are too confusing to sort out.
