Actually job level ups only give skill points and adds a modifier to ur stat points.. this statpoints are fixed and assigned everytime you joblevel up. The only way you can get user assigned stat points is by leveling up ur base level.

This extra statpoints given by a ur joblevel are actually called stat bonuses... see guides and manuals made by other RO players to see what bonuses are assigned to each and every class and on what job level. kk!:classic:

Yup you get a bonus of precious skill points! nice isnt it! but you will really have to dedicate more time on playing unless... you BOT !!!! hehehe!

job 50 can mean the difference of a half-baked full support priest to an all-out full support priest. It applies to most classes. Think about that. :P

the RO manual (book) does have a table specifying wat stat bonuses u get for every job level. or u can view it at:

This is the acolyte table, but u can choose what class u want to view.
