LAG in every game.

Since i got my new system, I CANNOT enter any games such as : Mohaa,Cod,Unreal 2004 demo , without this annoying lag , and my ping is 30 or so.

System spec:

AMD Athlon 3200 +XP
MSI K7N2 DELTA MAINBOARD
ATI Radeon 9800 XT Pro 256mb
512 DDR Kingston
Windows XP Retail - Clean Install
200gb Maxtor HDD
DirectX 9.0b
CPU running at about 45c

any ideas?

I think its your ISP thats fockin thingz up.
Try to fine-tune your BIOS and check your computer
for ADWARE, use two programs for this:

¤ Lavasofts Ad-Aware
¤ Spybot Search&destroy

Too lazy to put in links but ull find it pretty too easy on google.
Also, remember to set the best rate for your internetconnection in the games. (Ex. so its not set to ISDN if u have Cable)

it was a brand new computer not even on the net, so it didnt have spyware, and it was nothing to do with the ISP. Since i already mentioned my ping was fine, What it was .. the onboard AGP was messing my 'ATI Radeon 9800' about, and to fix the problem i had to take the 8x AGP down to 4x AGP and disable 'Fast Write' everything seems to be working fine now.
