just change the itemmaxweight percentage.e.g you want to still attack and fight until maxweight is 80 then change to
ItemMaxWeight 80

as to only picking up items but not fighting, im doubt neone can do it

itemsGreedyMode 1 <--- after killing aggresive he will pickup drop even if overweight!

There is no way you can tell the bot to only pickup rare items when he is overweight, he will pickup items be it rare or not even he is overweight.
