I'm not really interested in running an internet server with my retail version, but I do want to run one at home because I've got 4 computers. Is there a way to bypass the CDkey check? Can I block some ports, and how do I do that? I appreciate the help if anyone can. Thank you in advance.

Yes you can run a lan server across however many computers you want with only one copy of RvS

I changed the ports in the .INI file in descending order and still no-go. I says CDkey still is use even when I use another CDkey.

I think hes saying these are banned cd keys, however, they might work for your purpoe of multiple installs of RvS for a LAN game.

No problem. I figured as much. I'm just tring to get a LAN going to practice some matches and see if rest of clan wants to buy game or not. Me and my roommates play games a lot and LAN is fine for us.
