Although I now believe a new system has been introduced where bans last one year, however I cannot certify this.

Hmm.. when VAC detects you cheating, it usually kicks you. Then you should remove the cheat because its obviously detected, download a new one and test it on other servers. You shouldnt get banned then. I was looking for a good hax last week, got kicked twice for detected cheats (Not the same server) so... :)

can i change my cd key and play after it? or do i need new ip? beacause i did buy new comp after banned and now whit new comp i cant play whit old cd-key

Ur probably banned on your IP too.. but according to what I've heard every now and then (2weeks/1month) you get a new IP from your isp. And your probably banned on your CDkey too so you should create a new account with an other cdkey.
