Greetings!
I have got 2 questions: Why does the Cvar-hack 4 jk3 not work although i have got JA 1.01 Patch?

2. Question: I have got also an own server and there is a player called Shadow! He always gets my admin pw (amlogin) with a recon trick! Plz can u tell me how he does this! I wanna protect my server!

of corz he isn't called shadow!!! I know him but i don't wanna tell u his name, coz i think a few know him! ;) I think this post is a difficult question right?

why do u say he isnt called shadow?

turn off autodownload on your server, also change your rcon password. and you better not be using like 1234 lol. also if you are running a mod where you can jail him jail him instead of ban or he will keep coming.

i thought you said it was /recon trick which is part of an actual lame trick i like to use.

also...jka patch 1.01 doesn't enable cheat protected cvar, try onie's patch, then you should be fine.

Btw., in which section in server.cfg is that option, I quickly checked it (possibly overlooked it) and did not notice any option like dload enable ._.

it's allowownload enabled/disabled
you can access it from menu, and command is 'cl_allowdownload'
