Since 1.6 is blocking ppl from executing scripts in the console, we need to figure out away to execute them outside of the console. Ive been working pretty hard on it, but i cant find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

hey, are u talking about when u go into a game, u type set input.... or u type exec in consol, which one is going away?

thats waht i was thinking, if they just take away the exec command away cant you just like type each script in there or is the only way u can make it work if u use the exec?

No the "Set" commands are also going to be locked from the console.
Krishna that could work but good luck, i've been trying to do it for a week now... no success

how about making the set commands and such a function key assignment using your user.ini file?
Seems to work for me for the 1 liners...

but if the set command itself is not allowed, then how would using it as a part of a key help? i mean, sure it will be bound to that key, but u can't really do anything with it, because the basis of that command will not function.

Exactly drewpaul, you would have to find a way to change the values without using in ANY way the "Set" or "Exec" commands

Well, I meant that if they disabled the command from console only... that would work. Because that's all they did in the last revision. (Disallow the 'set' command)...
Please enlighten me as to how you would do that... The loaders don't work because the game crashes with all sort of errors when the values change... So if you know how, please share.

remember wormx's release? that didn't use set commands, find a new way to get ur code into the game, i'm working on one, but it's taken a while. there are multiple ways i'm sure, just the way i'm working on will be harder to stop :P

There are so many ways to have your own file into the game, just using code caves, there are tones! They are especially usefull for game updates.

I THINK WE CAN TAKE THIS WORMX AND GET RID OF THE RED WORMX CONSOLE THAT COMES AND JUST USE THE NORECOIL COMMAND IF ANYONE CAN GET THIS TO WORK LET ME KNOW.IVE BEEN TRYING

that's easy, but the problem is that there are cvar checks that detect the modification done to get this to work at all.

drew, i know of one way to get the cheats into the game, the way wormx did. Now, are you willing to share to the community how? wait, nevermind, that is a secret isnt it... ? heh :)

i was wondering how the c var check works does it just check the
r6console for changes?

the problem is that pb detects the hook into engine.u and not necessarily the worm x file itself... you would have to find a new way to hook your code into the game... you could get the wormx stuff to work if you just inject into a different spot... correct me if im wrong

source code was included in the myaimbot.u, he never removed it (view the script in utpt)
I dont think so prob it check only the name so instead of myaimbot.u or griffonsnest.u maybe compile the name int r6game.u
cuz i think it check the PlayerConsole only by name
Have You ever looked at r6game? it's alot harder than u think...but hey if u wanna try, tell us if u get it done

Well i know a way. But i am not great of a programmer a friend helped me do it..The only thing i ask in return is someone else tell me how to use two ravenshield.inis in game because my console commands won't work in two servers cause of a cvar check/ BUt if someone helps me with that or finds me a alternate i don't mind sharing.

Well Canadian, i dont see how this is going to help you but if you want to load two user.ini, you can bind two commands like this.
Set input insert loadprofile user.ini
Set input home loadprofile user2.ini

This is an integral part of the game, the console. I hardly doubt you can just load the new console whislt playing.
