Updated version:
Redrawing bug fixed.
Now using vectors for cmds and cvars.
Script Execution Implemented.
New loader.
Model rec updated.
Other bugs fixed.
More work tomorrow.

right now the only one he has testing that i know of is me, so he'd be more than happy to have your help, hes working on some stuff now and wont have another test for a bit but hes wokin hard, and taking all criticism
