test0r im hoping you could come to my aid here. I used to be all about hacking BF1942 but I never really got involved with Vietnam. Irgo, Im too lazy to work out finding the addresses, values and so forth.

My Request: Just as you can Turn all the Nametags On, Can we make it so nobodys nametag is shown? Why you ask? I'm a BF Nam Filmmaker in the Stunts Servers. Unfortunetly, the Admin is a moron and refuses to shut off Tags while I am there, even though i'm his #1 cuz.

Just a Simple Tiny EXE with a Hotkey that toggles the Tags On or Off. On = Normal, Off = Nobodys Tags (Allies or enemies even when focused on)

The Reason for it is that for the Cosmetic look of the Videos we produce, we don't like tags. There are only a handfull of Servers we can perform on with Tags Shut off, So Why not just have the abilitah to do it clientside?

Thanks if you can, If not then Thanks Anyway.

You might wanna read here. It explains on how to find the value real easy of nametags, then you can make your own hack so you can turn them off at will real easy. Just a suggestion tho.

yes...

I think you do not need a seperate trainer EXE. Just do the following:
- enable the console hack (in my Multihack)
- type "game.setnametagdistance 0"
- type "game.setnametagdistancescope 0"

Then the nametags wont be shown anymore. If you want to reset it, then just set them both to very high values (e.g. 10000). Then BFV automaticaly "reduces" them to the max. server settings values...

BTW, if you dont want to be detected, disable the console hack after changing..

Excellent, it works. I was really looking for a tiny "hack" so that it could be accessible via a HotKey but Ill see what i can figure out per-se a combination of the Console hack and Binding those Commands. Thanks Anyway

What, is the console hack detected? Cause I was using my console hack yesterday no problem.

Dont scare me like that, lol. When they do detect it, I wonder how much or what change they will look for.

i don't think we should tease them-
anyways, your hack will be non-functional when the new release comes out so peeps will have to start over then-
