changing clips

Hey guys I have a problem with modkore here.I want my wiz to change to phen clip everytime he meets argiope.After killing argiope I want him to change back to teleport clip.
Here is the config that does not work.:(

whats ur other accessory? y dont u just use these two clips so u wont have a problem switching...???
