barry, if i have 2 networked computer, running through arouter and on the same modem (cable), will they both get banned on diff. computers? or just the guid on one?

My guess is two diff games=two diff guid. So One ban.
guid is tied to username. even though you get different guids on different computers the user itself will still be banned. i think anyway, havent tried it. A good test would be to see if your guid changes when you change your username.

I have tried this. I've got banned on one my pc then tried it on my kids pc and the account was still banned. The guid is assigned when the account is created and is from then on associated with that account. At least that's what I'm thinking goes on. One thing i haven't tried is running the programs of the networked pc, but I'm sure it will still show up in the memory.

okay, thank you, i just wanted to make sure they werent banned from both pcs, since it was the same ip, thank you :-)
