so u want to piss ppl off?
short version:
go to your house, access the set entrance fee window. do not input info, leave window open. do not shuttle to target structure, instead run there with window open, then once inside target, set access fees to desired amount.
detail version:
go to your house, and make sure you have biz access fees. access your house terminal and select set entrance fee. u would prolly have to delete current entrance fee if one is already set.
do not input any info when it asks. Instead, leave window open. u can also alt out of it while you head to your victims building, but make sure the window is still open when you press ALT again.
now, once you are inside your target building, set the entrance fee for whatever desired amount you would like. if u really wanna add a decline to somone's biz, then set entrance fee to something like 10000.
so set the fee, and the time, then you are done.
you now have the building set to an access fee. u can do this with any structure, even public structures. for example, someone set a fee to enter the theed cantina, no one could get into the building after the fee was set.
