Well Teleport is realy easy to do in PE so you should not have any problems to do it by yourself.

Well , when i mean TELEPORT , i mean a program that u put the coordinates and he teleports u there , kind a , u put the coordinates at the oil rig , the program teleports u there , like the TPHack on Knight Online , do i make me clear ???

I dont understand what u said , but , if u are beying chased by an atrox , u are already dead , believe me ;) unless u have a Decoy or a Speed Hack

Good to you , i can't , i'm kind of a n00b , well , my skills are : Weak Laser Sniper , Weak Driller , Poor Laser Pistoleer , is not soo bad , but i've 100+ peds to spent , with all these ped's i will get good at Mining , and i'll have good profit ... :)

What weapon do u have ??? To train in Cape Corinth i use Mann Mph and Jester D-1 , if u want , i can get you some weapons , im WeaponCrafter :)

No it is not possible to send that kind of packets to the server.
It is possible to Teleport and to make increased running speed quite easy.

Dude , its not going to worth to you getting a gun , u need 1 ped for each 100 ammo , i advice u to buy Jester D-1 for tt+0.35 , but i can get u one , its the gun that doesnt take u much ammo , it only burns 2 , with 1 ped for ammo , u will only be able to shoot 50 times , soo , i dont advice u to start shooting , i deposite 10 USD = 100 peds via PayPal

But i have my account from the last year, first i played it with 6 mates they quited, i put there stuff at my account ^^, ill allmost make profit with mining.

Btw, if someone can look how to make a teleport hack or something, then we have a little fun of it, all that walking and running takes allot of expencive time...
