Okay, I'll go and explain a little bit about bin/cue format. If you know anything about .bin/.cue , .iso , .img etc is that they are cd images created from an original cd or compiled information formed into an image.

There are two ways of extracting or using the data within these files. To my knowledge Winrar, or Winzip, will not open the images. Your first option is just this. Get any cd mounting software (daemon tools and Alcohol 120% seemed to have been great programs for me) You mount it from the .cue file that comes along with the bin file, then you can open the cd image as a virtual cd. Thus running the cd without actually physically burning a cd.

Second option is, burning the actual cd. This is easily done by opening in a burning software such as Nero Burning Rom by going into the program, canceling out of ANY cd creating wizard that pops up, and clicking on file - open - and select from the drop down menu ALL FILES. Then search for the .cue file, and vuala, burn that baby. I hope I could be of some help to you. If you need particular assistance just say so.
