hi all...i just got news from muhq....i'm only putting the info. here to share with everyone..ok here it goes...ppl who cant verify their accounts CAN now change their password if they know their MU ID and PASSWORD. First u go to www.muonline.com and click on the link "change password"(under ACCOUNT) at the top of the page...then u'll be required to type ur ID and password...oh ya...forgot something...u shld also close all internet security programs at this point cause they sometimes interfere with you logging in at the webbie...when u type in ur id and user i suppose you will be logged in and u can see the nickname u registered with at the left side of the page

you all just need 2 go 2 forgot tha password and there you can change tha password but only if you remember tha answer for tha secu quwstion and then you just change tha password.

when you see the numbers and alphabets and u press ok or enter(i forgot) it shld load up a page to change some of your stuff. If you don't see that and it brings you back to muonline OR it got stuck there =_='', it means maybe you have to close all ur internet securities and set your security level under internet option(this is only a possibility,cause i'm not sure too)

and now... whrn i try to do the process again.. in the part I need to login, once i put the data it says and error message [Insertion Limit (3 times) Exceeded. Please start over] and I try to start over and the same problem....

Eh, what should I do: I have entered my password and ID, it logs into my account and a verification proccess is required.
The problem is it asks me for my Email, and I don't rememmeber the Email I used back when I signed up. So I get to a second verification page, it asks me for my age - and I remmember using a fake age, I just don't rememmber what it was :P,

Its the Lost Password option.. You wont need ur old PW....they'll
just ask for ur Question and Answer to it

Try the Lostpassword method..it only requires ur personal ID and Q/A...it prolly send the MuID to ur email..
