DVD Help

Hi all i need to know some information please.

You no you can download DVD's (am not asking where)

but lets say we have download a DVD and its in .avi format, if i put this on a DVD-R CD will it play on the DVD, or can .avi only play on a computer? I hope you understand what i am trying to say.

Also if you know any other genaral imformation for me please can you be so kind and post it here please.

hm,im not sure.I dont think avi files can be played by dvds.But why you just dont rar it and save it on a normal cdr(w)

you have to use a program such as nero to record the DVD recoding the .avi so it is playable in DVD players :D

I meant compressing it in rar so it gets a size around 500mb,which means you cna storei n on a normal cdr(w)

Ok thanks for your help i am trying them sites out as i type this.

No still cant do it only fukedup 7 DVD-R's now :D!!!!!
