yeah those bastards are reverse engeneering our hack to detect them with Valave.... perhaps all cheats on our page should include a EULA... something like.... if you use our hacks you owe us your first born...... I mean that's what Valve is using to sue the cheat sites :P

C-D is illegal.... no one can do anything about it really because no one wants to pay money to go to court.... If someone did pay the money, they would have a tough time talking to a dumbass jury about the stuff we do....

But my understanding of german law (where ogc is hosted) is that no C&D is nessecary. A company just has to file a suit alleging that the site is distributing software that harms them and the site is required to shut down untill the case is decided.

Heya guys long time no see. I don't think mpc will get into trouble. It's basicly very simpl. They're in America, this is in germany.

Anyway i havn't heard about a lang being passed against cheating so i doubt any cheaters will get prosecuted. As for this site, well we have the freedom of speech thing, and loadsa stuff.

well if you remember i waws here back last year or two years back trough nemisis, havn't talked to him yet but was just curious what you guys where up to (with all the fuzz about legal actions etc.. :)

i'm pretty busy with my education and stuff, takes up alot of time (and money :D), stopped playing games because of it (sad, i know :))

anything new happened lately?
