God Mode

When I do the god mode hack, I enter the game and games I try to enter says game resources are missing n it doesnt work :smoker:

I open the model, mkae it dimensionless, put it into the avp2.rez and make it (keeps giving me errors about cannot importort dirtype or simething) but it goes anyway and when I go ingame in the multiplayer player screen my lightpred is all white with no features and when I try to enter a game it boots me out with diff resources

Did you back-up your original AVP2.rez file? I hope so and I'll assume you did.

This is what I did for mine:
All you need to really do is create a new rez, a cusotm one of course. Put the obrian.abc in there or whatever model you changed. Save this new rez and place it into your Custom folder, then rez it like: -rez Custom/custom_rez.rez

This way you don't have to worry about changing the game's original files and can choose to use the new model's dimensions or not just by rezzing it.

I tried that and when I go into the game with the character he is not dimensionless even though I made the model dimensionless.. (or am I making doing it wrong?) I select each animation and select dimension and set them at 0

also you cant damage characters of the class you made the model dimensionless.

does the rez file have to be in any special order? I just threw in the abc file and put it into custom and linked it it in avp2 does it need to be in specific folders like in th rez file, models or something? can anybody send me a dimensionless rez file? (not to do it for me, but to see what im doing wrong at darthkiller@ntlworld.com)

The folder doesn't matter, as long as you rez the file properly.

If you want to make a char dimentionless, there is a price to pay.
I've took the time and made a tutorial for my database on how to make the models.

Adjusted merc2, both sets of dims to 1.0 for all, saved and then re-rezzed. Loaded as cutom option. Still getting killed.

Is there a step I've missed or that someone hasn't mentioned?

There is an easier god mode that only makes u unkillable... u do take bullets tho but on my computer nothing except using exosuit kills me b/c people can kill me while in exo.

Still can't get to work. Do you edit both dims default & crouch or just one or the other? Seems like there should be a memory value sowewhere that will activate god mode also.

I just use the health hack now its easier, I use godmode in friendly fire on matches cos all the marines shooting at me sometimes they kill eachother by mistake lol :D

Not sure I know about that one. I've found health and armor but they don't seem to protect you much. I've put in 0's, 440, 1's and even negative values but I still get killed pretty easily some times.

The health hack makes your life go up 100 per second forever or untill you die. But yes you can most certainly die usuing it, it just takes some time or a quick headbite will usually do the trick.

there are two values to freeze to get a god mode that makes u "living dead" and nothing can kill u except going into an exosuit... then u are "killable"

Haven't experimented with Exo suits but from what I remember is if you enable the health hack while in an Exo suit, you can leave the suit and whoever uses it after you will have the amount of life that you had in it too...making that person nearly immortal too. :P

He has the "living dead" hack too ... he just said if u enable it while in the exo you can't die in the exo.

Followed your tutorial to the letter. No matter what values I put in dims, I'm always mostly below the floor level. Tried 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 for all values.

Must be some step missing or not explained in your tutorial.

PS - Your alien vision tutorial worked fine for me.

Turn on the health hack while in the Exo suit to make your Exo a tool for a non hackers to use to become immortal too. ;)

when i use 0 hp one i cant use the aimbot or swich through weapons i can still change weapon with the 1 2 3 4 keys but not with mouse wheel dose this happen with every one else using the 0 hp hack???

Not only am I going to warn you for flaming,im also going to warn you for no return to mpc linking and malicios linking cuase ffs that site gives 10 popups and its not even about avp2.

So that summons up a total of 18 warnign points,thats 7 more till ban.
