Problem with "Lost Password"

Hello everybody,
I used "Lost Password" in MU site.
But after I answered secrete question and veritification code, I fill out "new password" and "one more" textbox then it forward to homepage :eek: and I don't know this process was successful or not :mad: I think at least they have to give some message to user (success or not).

then I go back and check new password that I just changed, it didn't work (incorrect password) ????!!?!?!?!?!

anyone here have the same problem with me?

What's happen? what's happen to MU site, they have a poor deverloper :P and poor administrator. Do you agree that ?

The process is only verified when you have filled the "New password" and "one more" button with the same new password. Klick "confirm" after that. Now a new page called http://muonline/ReGlobal/subpages/account/Change_Information_P_DBA.asp shold load up.
Because of webzens great ability to suck, this works only for 1 in 40 cases for me.
If the new page DOESNT load, you will come back to the start page. If it LOADS, you will get another page which confirms that you changed your password. Klick confirm another time on this page and the password is finally changed.
(it took me 3 days to manage that, so be prepared for a long waiting time.)

same things apply to me... starting to give up hopes... webzen sux hard, is there any other alternative to change our password?

I wanna change my brother´s password too, he hasn´t received his pass on his e-mail address. Could anyone help..?

You were getting sent to main page for 3 days, and then u got it or what..?
Cause I can change my own password perfecly, but not my brother´s...

Gms are still sending the PWs i think...1 guy told me that his PW was last sent to him on

I don't care GM send PWs or not, but the thing that i care is there are some problems in their web site.

Especially, in "Lost password" link, when users finnish their change PW process, some user get back automaticaly to MU homapage when they fill out "new password" and "one more" with no message.

If you were in this situation what would you do ??????? hack Webzen or change to another online game ????
