Spybot search and destroy, and spywareblaster (as well as adaware pro, norton internet security, and norton anti-virus) are what I use, no problems here....

Norton products aren't free. You should also get AVG anti-virus.

spybot and spyblaster are runned from the same engine but you need to download both of them. and for adware it scans things that spybot and spyblaster can't. and i added bazooka cause it scans adwares and also most important KEYLOGGERS. AVG is better then any well knowned scanners out there and it's free. yes it's better then norton and macfee as well. it can scan tons of virus that norton or macfee can't and also it has no trail expireation date to it. all these scanners works great together if you install all of them. you just gotta try it to beleive it
