i cant change the security question, someone from the internet cafe knew it, and i got my password changed, but they still can change my password to another. how do i change the security question now? when i go to update profile and try to put the new answer, it frozen, if i put the same answer it pop up with new window but that window do not have a place to change security password. please help.
