about LOST PASSWORD function

Hi all, I was wondering, if anyone has a solution for the Lost Password function in the MU site. It redirects me to Homepage after i submit my new password.
i HAVE used the search function, but no luck. i cant anything that helps.
i emailed GM, no reply after 8 emails.

So if anyone has a solution, please tell me (us).

i ultimately think that we get redirected to main page after we changed lost password is bcos we did the quest using the korean patch at lvl 150+
this is bcos 2 of my mule accounts were allowed to change lost password and got to the confirmation page but my main account a 164 lvl dk who did quest was redirected to main page. 3 of my guild mates who did quest in Wiggle cannot access the confirmation page using lost password on their mains too.
it could also be bcos webzen has a poor developer and ****ed up website which they dont give a fuk about bcos this game is still in beta testing. which brings us back to the point where we should reconise a fact: muonline is a laboratory and we are the mice. they dont give a sh!t about us since the game is currently a free beta and we are the free testers; period. ive asked someone who has spoken to the gm 1 week back and he said atlans would be out in 2 months. this game is going p2p very soon. i don't know abt u but i won't pay for this kind of service and this kind of people. they don't care about anything that doesnt concern money. they are unresponsive and careless(they prolly sent my pass to someone else cos my mail was correct). companies with the likes of webzen are a disgrace to the gaming world.

uh no... its not cos u did the quest using the korean ver. but becoz u have to verify the acc.... ur mule ones were created after march sumfing and doesnt need to be verified....

my friends have the same prob but lucky they got the email after a while.

same here, i lost my BK lvl167 BUT my friend BK lvl172 CAN CHANGE his password thru the lostpass.
agree that he had confirmed his emailed before. My problem is had not confirmed email address.
my new dk is lvl111

that dun verify ur email.. it just skips the verifying and make the web site think you verified so u can change your password
