I never played BF1942 before but i made this program off of this thread i read:

I dont got BF1942 so i cant test this but it should work if that method works which i guess it does. I made this program in about 20 minutes, the GUI took longer then the coding.

I did not really know where the cdkey was in the registry based on xxxhackers post. So this will not work if the cdkey isnt in one of these keys:

I never played BF1942 before, but i made this program to contribute to the MpC Comunity.

Theres good GUI in the program, no instruction needed.

From what i hear this method only works cracked PB servers.

This program makes random numbers to create a new cdkey's and changes the old one to the new one every X seconds.

Well lets see here. What xxxhacker posted was nothing new and have been known for some time so he really did not discover anything. Another thing is, such programs are not allowed here. Any program that generates a fake cdkey(rather its a legit or random cdkey) would be illegal. We already am having problems with one game developer, we dont need problems with any more developers.

Well i didnt know if it was illegal or not... I see alot of posts about cdkeys, even a sticky i didnt think generating 15 numbers and changing the registry would be against the rules. It probably doesnt even work anyways because just about nothing works on the first time.

And no its not a keylogger, a trojan or a cdkey stealer, ill post the VB source if u got the compiler. Well not since its illegal. But if anyone got any requests for a VB program or a minor html/javascript script then just pm me. Sorry about posting this i was just tryna help you can close this.

I didnt even think of it as a cdkey stealer or anything like that. I kinda like the idea. The topic stickied about cdkeys is a cdkey changer. I myself have 2 legit copys of the game(with 3 computers and a laptop) and depending on what systems I take to lan games, I might have to change 1 of the cdkeys. But anything that will change the cdkey to a fake cdkey would be illegal.
