Its from animation shop....you could have a free trial...it crops ur images..
search animation shop from yahoo or goggle...you'll find it

Wadever you can use any kind of program that edits animated images, not necessarily one application :)

I use macromedia fireworks it's faster than adobe imageready just to resize an image, at least for me
