i got NoCRC, which allows you to change the weapon.dat etc in vice city and use the modded files online. for example make the colt 45 make cars burn in 1 shot. i done this, and i can blow cars up ok in 1 shot. however, it doesnt work on people and it just does normal (or no) damage to them, also if someone is in the car itdoesnt word so well either. anybody know whats up?
