My java isnt working.i tried installin it again but its still not working.Can anyone help me out?i cant play any java games anymore or use anythin with java =/

go to this page -> http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
and click the link that says Download J2SE JRE it is about half way down the page then it will go to an agreement, accept it and click the continue button below the agreement. then choose either Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language or Windows Installation, Multi-language. and install it, then you are done.

i think it might be my internet explorer.i cant even check my mail at aol.com. Is there any way to reinstall internet explorer?i think i am missin some files.

no dont use that sun java crap. that damn thing is prolly why ur java doesnt work.
just do a simple search on google for microsoft java virtual machine
works hell of a lot better than sun. sun always frooze on me. but i have to use sun java with netscape. which sucks.

it wont let me install.it says i aleardy have a newer version of internet explorer installed.is there anyway i can uninstall IE?

UNinstall IE then reinstall everything with the JAVA files

UNinstall IE then reinstall everything with the JAVA files
To uninstall:
go to add/remove programs
add/remove windows components
remove check from IE
To install:
IE: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie...ds/default.mspx
Java: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html

Uninstall IE, install FireFox.

if u install Maxthon cuzz of a problem with IE it wont help u any since it is ie with extra stuff. :|

But that doesn't solve the problem of java with IE. Sure it's a workaround but Firefox is still only beta and is still missing some functionality.

then get netscape :P same thing as firefox but the full mozilla version with mail client and all that. and its not beta and in my opinion alot better tha nie
