Seen Speed hack on PB server

I saw someone use a SPEED hack on a PB server im always playing on.
Was a terroist hunt so i got up close and personal and had a ping of 23 so it was not lag.

His name was B!tch
and using the speed hack he could get onto any object.

is this the speed hack WMYG_dEiMoS was talking about?

P.S he went from walking normaly to 60 mph
