they do work online,
as said in the readmes, if you create the server you can do anything, if you join it you can use flashlight and overheat

so for halo their arent any Aimbots or anything? i just got this game yesterday. And it kicks ass i was playin it all night. Gettin owned ofcourse sinc eim new. But it is relaly funny.
But some peopel aim instantly and kill me with like one shot. I cant even seem to kill them with 50. lol
i think im gettin to know that when u aim at someone and the aim thing turns red it means it'll hit them or somthing.......

nope, if youd bother to read around, nothing,
halo is way to easy, in blood gulch i sniped with the pistol/sniper combo and got 70+ kills - 1 death,
usually the instant kill is a sniper headshot,
my advice is learn how to snipe

My advice on how to Play Halo Online would be
1) Always Strafe never ever stand still as u will only get killed as you are an easy target
2Never use the assauly rifle unless u are really really close to the enemy always use the pistol.
3) When using the Pistol never hold in the fire button as it isnt as effective as clicking the fire button.
4) Use Cover when possible and use well timed Crouches when pistol fighting with someone and never constantly use the same strafe pattern as ur enemy will only find a the middle point between your 2 pivet pouints and shoot u 3 times in the head (which kills an enemy all the time if hut in head 3 times)

and finally PRACTICE as no one is good at any online game unless they HAK or PRACTICE and since haking is out of the window for halo PRACTICE.
