Cheating's a sickness

How long have you cheated for and how long do you propose to go on cheating? I used to cheat but never really intended too. I heard about and downloaded wallhacks and half life hacks way back when pcgamehacks.com & tfchackers used to exist. I just wanted to see what they did but I ended up cheating hardcore for maybe six months or more. The main reason I did was because being a TFC freak, running around a corner and meeting a noob HWG spamming his heart out (just an eg) would shit me and I would prefer to just not buggerise around with them and take on talented players.

I got to the stage where I couldn't imagine playing the game as the way it was meant to be. At the same time I met many cheaters (you know when you look through a wall at someone and they are looking directly back at you as you move?) and it was surprising the number of poeple that cheated. Then one day I realised the game was now boring cause I kicked ass too easily. I kick ass anyway so didn't really need to cheat but by priming that gren a second earlier than your enemy etc made all the difference.

Haven't cheated now for maybe a year and the game is so much better. Still kick ass and can spot a cheater within a second but they don't worry me too much. In TFC cheating isn't as detrimental as it is in CS so I usually kick a cheaters ass anyway and laugh him out of the game.

So if you've been cheating for a while, maybe have a go at playing without cheats for a few games and get the feel of how it should be. If you don't, as if I give a shit. And to those cheaters that rave on about their "leet" scores etc, get a clue. You honestly can't believe you are good or feel proud about such scores cause as I used to feel, you know you are a cheat and it doesn't really count.

I look at it like its a fight. If your in a fight and the guy your fighting has a bat arent you gonna get a bat? Or sword maybe? I know I sure will, its basicly evening the score, I don't feel good about it, but I feel a whole lot better than if I had my arsehole used as a mop LOL I'd rather play with non cheating players but since it's impossible to insure that everyones going to comply what are you going to do? Stop having fun? Another thing cheating has "forced" me to do... LEARN !! Yep, It has taught me a tremendous amount about computers and the way they operate, in the process helping me out in my line of work building and repairing pc's You can never know enough. Another side to the tale is the "dark"<g> sneaky stuff goin on in the background, the spying and devious plots and plans almost like a traing ground for the cia/kgb LOL I'd rather hang with the winners than moan with the loosers. :) Aloha, KH :)

Well.. I just got bored of normal cs.... then I got lambert, then a wallhack, finally ogc. That was 1 year ago. Now I'm in online-cheating and cheat as hard as I can. Simple and short storry.

My story is my like scax's but it is CS and i wasnt very good at the time....it started when i came out to my dad's the first time and we went and checked out this network/online gaming store which had like 10 pcs networked and online with a T3.....i gamed a little and i looked over at the boss' sons PCs and they had scores of 41/2 and they were diving around corners doing the crouch headshot move (signature of a cheater in my mind which i love to do :D) and they had nothing on their screen indicating any sort of cheat....i went home that night and hopped on to that gaming place's server and they were still there with scores of 113/12....i was playing legit then and with them on the opposite team i had a score of around 2/12 after i got SO pissed off i couldnt handle it.....that nite i went searching for 3 hours for CS hacks and found a site called CS Cheaters or something and tfchackers and stuff and have been hardcore cheating/hacking ever since.....i was with them a while until i found MPC.de which has been my home for about 1.5 years i think......btw i forgot the IP of the server so I could never go back and get revenge unless i went back to that store.......im out at my dad's now so i think i might pay them a little visit :> heh heh heh

My story is that im a really good cs player without hacks but when i started seeing people cheating i hated them having the advantage so i started with a wallhack then floutz wallhack etc then i ended up with ogc but im starting to move on from ogc because its too popular and it gets detected far quicker these days, and when ppl say bring back 1.3 DONT, stay with 1.5... i love the challenge and this is what cheating should be about, noobs get cause & leet players frag ;)

cheating is a sickness, i have tried to quit cheating a couple of times cuz none of my friends cheat, but i jsut cant help it, its addicting :chinese:

See, that's my point. Once you start it is hard to stop. I remember my first few back-to-non-cheating games and it was kinda weird. I can understand that if you play CS you wanna stay alive cause nothing sucks more than hanging around waiting for one team to win. That's why I never play it. In TFC I don't give a shit if I get my ass kicked by some cheater (don't think it's happened yet) cause I can respawn straight away and have another go. And scores..... bleh @ scores, sif they matter.

Nah.. If you start cheating cuz you're tired of losing.. that's when it becomes addicting. I never had that problem.. personally. I began cheating out of curiosity.. and continue to cheat occasionally cuz it's fun. I'm not doing it to prove anything to anyone, or myself.. I'm just doing it for fun!

You're right though, cheating is usually\typically the result of an ego riot. Someone that feels.. they have to win.. and by winning they are better. Competitive.

My story was that I was hardcore into CS playing without the cheats. I loved playing and beating the cheats but then the hacks began growing more and more advanced with time. As System had once said, CS has the most advanced hacks of all the games. <I agree with him because look at all the functions and header files used to make this cheat work and function. CS cheats are so freakin advanced incomparison to all the other cheats, it dwarves them.> But I digress. I began getting bored and the more advanced the hacks got the harder it was to beat them and play against them. Then, I wanted the playing grounds to be even so I found hacks and found it to be more fun. As time went on, I began to grow bitter toward this one admin and miraculously I got into C++ just in time to piss the living hell out of him. I began moding and twisting around the hack to my taste and design so that I could use it on his server and screw him over. Screwed him over I did :-D. Hacking began growing more into a hobby since I began looking at the sources and coding of it all. The most dangerous players in CS are the Professionals who had natural skill to begin with enhancements of hacks like OGC. Well, that's my story. Boring and non-interesting.

heh... i could still remember the time of the spiked models, back at beta 5 or 6.......lol i was kicking ass with my awp, shooting thru walls and bitching about beta 6.2 onwards.....i never figured out how u cant snipe when jumping...lol......
then i came to this site called cs professionels or something like that....it was the age of hard-coded aimbots. red and green models were running across my screen and the aimbot just couldnt catch up...lol....
then the day came when i just couldnt take the crap any longer....subsequent updates after beta 6.1 were, IMO, downgrades. so i decided to quit cs.
tfc caught my eye and i was fascinated at how i could jump around and snipe.....and there's no such thing as recoil, and the best part: i hit where my cursor is......doesnt it totally piss u off when a n00b aims at ur chest but manages to get a HS? doesnt it piss u off when u aim at someone's head but the recoil and weapon inaccuracy send ur shots up in the sky???
hence, i stayed with tfc since............until......
i played cs 1.3 with some friends at a LAN shop.....and i told myself maybe i should just give cs another chance. i did. and i regretted it.
there was a cheater with 60 - 5 in a public server, pulling of headshots 95% of the time. i was amazed, but above all i was PISSED. fortunately, the cheater was spamming "go to www.myg0t.c0m for cheats" and that was how i got to know ogc, IMO, THE next best thing since bill clinton's affair...lol!
anyway, i d/l ogc and was SHOCKED at how simple installation was......no unsightly coloured models, and no laggy aimbots that refuse to aim at moving targets.....and best of all: every server was my headshot paradise.......
that was all i needed to start playing cs again. not cs as in counter-strike, but CS as in Cheater-Strike........it totally ROXOR!!!!

I was good...I just wanted to take my game to a higher level...I wasn't a master of CS...I would get respectable scores of 25-5 without cheats...but wanted to go beyond that...think of an athlete on steroids...:classic:

My story is that when i saw first time cool quake2 modification (3 years ago.) what was called action quake 2 :cheeky: and started to play it. Had at first laggy modem (ping always 250-300) then i get bored when enemy always came behind corner "head damage" <-- infact bullet straight to your head) and bullets which i shooted came 1-2sec late (no ****ing possibilities to frag) then i heard about cheating in network (cool maybe?) first i used spikedmodels and glowskins.. (what were only cheats then) after that came wallhacks and aimbots (but i couldnt use wallhack because i played with software).. really pissed me off. 1 year later i got new computer and dsl and i started to frag like god. Nowadays i play in european one of the best action quake2 clan and i try to go on with aimbot and wallhacks ;D
