Hi ,
Let's hope ppl will learn something from this source. It's a rip made by Casper but he also ripped it from someone so I really don't know who made this originally.
Anyway , it's a basic hook, based on Stride values , which it hooks and then changes to something else like nofog etc...
Have fun using it , remember : you must install the DirectX9 SDK and Visual C++ 6.0 before you can compile. Change the workspace default directory's also and then it should compile with no problems.
It's a generic D3D9.dll wrapper so it works on ALL direct3d9 games.
Let's hope that by sharing this source , more people will share their sources.
Kind regards,
Lex Penrose
UPDATE : The source was not complete. I now completed the source and instructions on how to compile.

lol. This is just ripped of the Halo wrapper by casper yeah. You didnt even changed the bools lmao. Im not trying to flame you or some. But as i look to this it looks pretty much like u dont know anything about d3d... And just readed the stuff he commented and played around with that... What actually everyone can do.
Anywayz good job on sharing. And once again, i dont want to flame you... Im just telling. Im pretty curious if you will come with anything more... Like functions that arnt in public sources. But gj... If u need any help u can always pass by.
(p.s. im pretty much against sources... i dont get mad if you do release or some... but sources are just coders secrets imo. And some secrets just need to stay secrets.)

He already said it was a rip off from some <Casper>... so nothing new there dude!!!!
Btw, is it a MUST to you have great knowledge to the gamehacking thing, cause then i'm sorry about the trainer i released, as i'm pretty much a n00b when it comes to gamehacking!!!

Hi ,
- A little flaming to wormx
Well yes it is the HALO hack from Casper. Coincidence , it uses an ini file just like your d3d9.dll file... ?
Very strange it also uses numpads and to be quite honest seeing your DLL in softice makes me wonder if you made your d3d9.dll yourself.
- End of a little flaming to wormx
Anyway , I'm better with ASM than D3D coz frankly I don't have the time to fiddle all of it out. I'm learning C++ now though , and learning to build dll wrappers etc thanks to another forum where ppl actually share their creations with other ppl.
I would very much like to see other people sharing their sources here online , so we could all learn from it and from there build up new hacks.
By not sharing you don't only look selfish to other people but in the end you can't get help from people that didn't learn from your sources. Share and you will get lots back !

Nooo! iam absolutely not against n00b or what ever :s
I said : "This is just ripped of the Halo wrapper by casper yeah. ". i say the "yeah" at the end to confirm what HE is saying. Not to bring new news or some :\
Anywayz I respect everyone in what they doing. I really, thats why i say gj to him... But if you dont even know how to change the name of a bool :\ thats a bit weird. But again i respect everyone in what they do and what they release, even if it are n00bs that create something (Dont take me wrong, im not calling anybody a n00b here or some :\)... As long as its created with love its fine 2 me^^

erhm.. well I didn't change the bools because there was no need to change them.
I thought you meant changing them so noone would recognize it wasn't my work , but that's not how I am I can't take credit for something I didn't code.
anyway , I know enough about coding ( 5 years pascal and ASM ) so changing bools is not the problem :) I removed the INI file btw coz it's no use to have an ini file , it will get detected by pb.
Kind regards,
LexP

pascal asm and c++ are different things... but anywayz, what i mean is... the stuff u made in this hack is possible to make by everyone... with or without knowledge. Just as basic as basic ^^ But like i said, i respect everyones work, as long as its made with love ^^

for the no fog wireframe and wallhack all they have to do is pretty much go to eh source and see how its done cause its pretty much same for d3d8 and d3d9 but if they a complete newby they will not be able to easily make color models or know how to really change the hook but no one will dl theirs as long as their is ones with color models
