Is there anyway to play the US version of l2 without paying monthly fee?? Has anyone got a Private free server up??

http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=51707 Thats my private server. Its not up at he moment due to I had to format my computer but it should be soon. Us clients work with the server so you dont have to download the korean version.
