Took some soul searching but I found one that works perfect. My earlier thread talked about the issues invloved when Half-Life gets patched from 1.1.9.0 to 1.1.1.0. What was happening was OGC-Hook (9.1) wasn't loading, and neither was Day of Defeat. It wasn't HL or CSGuard that was doing it either. It was Half-Life itself. So........ I looked around and found that Joolz 1.1 works perfectly. Day of Defeat loads perfectly. Unfortunately you need to do some covert shit to bypass HL and CLGuard, unlike OGC-Hook 9.1 which, for the most part, goes undetected. Here's what I recommend. Download Joolz 1.1, I won't hyperlink the site because if you want to cheat in DoD I think you should put some effort into finding your own hacks. Anyway, unzip it somewhere on your PC. Rename the folder itself. Go into the folder and rename the Joolz.dll to something else <----IMPORTANT.
Then find the Joolz.exe, (the icon has OGC 7 on it). Rename that to whatever you named the Joolz.dll. Still with me? Now you're almost done. I learned this the hard way, DO NOT LEAVE THIS FOLDER ON YOUR HARDDRIVE. I have a RAID 0 Array HD so I coudln't stash it on my other HD, so I tried running it off of my floppy drive. I don't recommend doing this; floppies just aren't fast enough. I recommend burning it onto a CD and running off your CD-ROM. This way it's not going to get detected by HL or CSGuard. Well, there you go. Peace.:smoke: :smoke: [
