What tools do i need for changeing player skins and modding in JOINT OPS?

As far as i know there arnt any yet...

But anywayz, my new hack will feature skinhack. So the whole model becomes red/green or what ever...

But for the modding, i dont know. If u find any let me know!

skins are very easy for pb to detect thats why no one smart uses them
