Download server one has a new name and password to login as.. i have changed this due to other sites.. linking direct to the ftp and tying up your bandwidth usage... as soon as dark... changes the link to the site #1 you will have to use download site 2...

i have icq'd dark... the new name and password...

i suggest dark.. should use a cgi script to link to the ftp.. and hide the visible link to the ftp.. this will prevent future site and current sites... to get their own damn links etc... :) have a nice day...

im having trouble accessing the cheats i get in to the ftp but when i want to get into either foler(the new cheats or the old cheats) i get this error msg " 550 CWD failed. No permission"

the strange thing is that i accessed it as late as yesterday and the it worked fine. have you changed anyting or does one have to do something to get the access???

lost all settings to ftp just put them in wrong order.. it works fine now...but.. will be changing to an old os.. tired of stupid f|_|x trying to hack the server.. will be going down for a bout a day todays date is 6-29-2002 in about two weeks will be installing a faster motherboard and cpu.. for server so again it will go down again.. for fresh install of everything.. dont worry i backed up all current files as of today... dark... please to upload anything else for a couple of weeks.. so i can get everthing organized etc............

I can on the server, I go to Counter-Strike 1.5 cheats, I want to download a cheat, And then i cant download the cheat, i get an error (I must take a look again with error :p) But i cant download enything :( How i can download ?? :p

you were banned for hammering and i caught you doing it boobie.. that is if your ip was 210.49.198.150 or 68.82.253.31... i caught you doing this .. This morning 8am pacific time.... when you hammer you mess it up for the rest... download one at a time... dont let me catch you doing it again...and i see your still trying at this moment... so are banned for a day or two....

What I'm doing :angry::angry: I have visited the downloadserver only one :angry: And now i'm not on the server, and those ip adresses....that are not my ip adresses :angry:

if this is true then there should be no problems downloading.. i see everyone else.. is downloading fine.. etc.. the problem is at your end somewhere.. but the ip address's that the log file shows.. will stay that way.. they are set to auto ban on invalid passwords and names and hammering..etc. etc. etc.

set your settings to download one file at a time.. etc etc..
not all files... at once.. raise your timeout on yout ftp client..server is probably kicking you if your timeout is to low.. server time out is set at 45 seconds.. if you are having problems.. then your internet connectionis most likely a dialup.. and you are on the other side of the world to where the ftp is..
there are many different reasons.. etc etc..

another possible solution is change your ftp client software.. and dont use your internet browser... use an appropriate... ftp-client prgram web browsers tend to timeout and progress slower..

good luck but its working fine at this end .. find out what others are using to get on ftp.. web direct usually works in most cases..
but im going to assume its not in your case

Yes i'm at the other side of the world :p I have on every ftp server problems, all ftp's all over the world, even my own ftp....I think my internet is not very good installed or something :p

For the past couple days i've been trying to get some cheats from download server 1. When i click on the link from http://www.multiplayercheats.de/index.htm , i get some message with instructions on how to download. N O T E : All Downloads are dead here!
1. Check the name of the file you want
2. Go to www.MultiPlayerCheats.de
3. Choose " Downloads "
4. Try DownloadServer #1 and open MPC Old Downloads
5. Download with right click " save target as "
6. For new Downloads choose MPC New Downloads

When i click on the link from http://www.multiplayercheats.de/ , then click download server 1, it won't open the page. Is the server down, or is it just my computer?

I've tried that one already. The page won't load. It says no page to display, and action canceled. I'd like to be able to get another great cheat like that hilarious message hack for UT that i wreaked havok with.

Edit: Hey, thanks. I downloaded an ftp client and everything works fine.

set your security to medium then in advanced options set it to default.. with out these two options set you will mostlikely timeout and do not have permission to access folder.. etc.. this should resolve.. most problems are at user end not at ftp end...:)
