mouse problem

When i minimise AA my mouse disappears. Anyone got any ideas why?

that happens to me sometimes ,hit the windows button ( between ctrl and alt) that brings up start and that should also bring the mouse back up

Alt + tab also can switch what window takes focus, on XP anyway, not sure if it works on all windows based OS's.
