Yes the infantry hacking is dead...but based of infantry and some of the people who made the private server for infantry we are now creating a brand new game...

The screenshots suggest a 3D game... will it be anything like Inf at all?

it will be a mix of 2D and 3D, it will be somewhat like infantry but will be different at the same time, we are making it as a war based game where it will still have the bird's eye view but now we would be able to do more things...like crouch, have different terrains like snow and jungle along with customizable characters and classes.

By taking a look in the "General" section you should get a small idea of what we are tryng to implement into the game as of now.

We are currently still in development and are sorking on client and server programs right now as well as working on tiles and other gameplay aspects
