Hello this is Ragnarok Online Operation Team.

We shut down Both Chaos and Loki due to the urgent situation.(on June 22,11:10 am Korean Standard Time)
The Estimate time of serverup has not arranged.
We will let you know when we finish to fix up.

As usual, they're not saying when the servers will be up, also they still have bad grammar (they must be translating off babelfish or something). Sux0rz...
