INSTRUCTIONS:

extract nemseh.zip to q3 arena folder.
than copy and past y.exe to your desktop.
open y.exe and minimize, and open quake3 and load arena.
when arena is loaded hit ALT+F12 ( you should hear a beep )
then connect to a non pure server and your done.
