cd key problems :(

i just updated to united offensive when i try to connect to servers it tells me my cd key is in use.Sometimes i can connect to servers but just sometimes.whats wrong here ?

If you in fact really did purchase the game from a retail store, it is possible that someone opened up your game box and wrote down your CD key. In that scenario, I'd return the game with my reciept and ask for a new one.

If you did not obtain the game legally, do not talk about it.

but sometimes i can connect to servers but not always.I played 3 hours after that i was unable to connect again i wait 30 minutes and try again and then i connected perfectly.do i need another cd key ???

Yes as I said in my last post in this thread - you do need to BUY another CD key which you get from BUYING another copy of the game.
