Crashing servers

I've seen it done and now I want to learn how to do it myself. I'm familiar with the push menu_lodtool method, but don't know what to do. I've also heard of a grenade crash that can be used also.

If someone would tell me how to do some great functional server crashes I'd appreciate it.

So a forum thats dedicated to multiplayer cheating and otherwise degredation of decent gameplay has a stigma against another form of cheating?

I fail to see the logic in this.
