Well, i got my fast comp back, and they put XP in. And oh joy of course bill gates likes to hog my bandwith, 350 ping anywhere. On 98 its 200(u know). Any tips or tricks i can do to get around this? I heard theres 1 file u can use in XP, overwrite, to stop the hogging. Any1 know of it?
