for war? what kind of war? warbot? eg, netsplit riding, CTCP flooding? O_o
I havent been keeping up with iRC. I was really into it few years ago. I think 7th Sphere was leading then.. maybe some of you might know about it ;)

LOL 7th sphere SUCKED ASS! Anyways, there are tons of war tcl scripts for eggdrop. I know, I use to run a takeover botnet on EFnet(37 bots all linked together, doing whatever kind of war stuff, from mass nick changing, ctcp flooding, netsplit riding, mass deop, anything and everything).

mIRC scripts suck for any kind of war stuff because it is millaseconds slowwer responding to stuff(which when it comes to war stuff, ms count).
