I think you mean skywalk and they fixed that exploit in dust a while ago. With these new maps coming next week im sure it will be happening again. This is a list I heard its coming with....

I only started playing cs again when source came out but if i remember there were alot of maps you could skywalk on in old cs.

It's probably the same way to do it on de_dust on CS.
