I downloaded a file from the internet and there wuz a virus on it (i think an automatic .dll) and it is keeps on screwing up my internet explorer (changing my homepage, putting it's banner on the window of IE) and it's getting really annoying! norton didn't pick it up and i want to know what file i use to fix some of this and i need some help of where i could find and/or nutrulize this virus! i need help fast cuz it's is started to effect other things now!

not a virus m8, simple a program that does that. adware of some kind.

Go to Google.com and search for AdAware and download it.

go to http://www.download.com

look for adaware and use it. Most things like that happened to me and throught adaware I stopped them dead in their tracks :-D
